By using TACTIX (tactixmap.com), you agree to these terms. TACTIX is developed and operated by OraxAI.

The service

TACTIX is a workspace for organizing ideas, tasks, and files in a tree-structured map. The service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, or interruptions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account, including activity caused by sharing your password. Report suspected unauthorized access or a security issue to security@tactixmap.com.

Free and Plus plans

The Free plan is limited by map and sharing quotas shown in the app. A monthly TACTIX Plus subscription removes these limits. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel from account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded.

Acceptable use

You may not use TACTIX to:

host or share unlawful content;
attempt to access another person's account without authorization;
disrupt the service, including by overloading it or exploiting vulnerabilities;
upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights; or
harass, threaten, or send spam to other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Report harassment, spam, unlawful content, or suspected platform abuse to abuse@tactixmap.com.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload to your maps, including text, files, and images. We process it only to provide the service—for example, to store and display it and to share it with people you select.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TACTIX and OraxAI are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including loss of data or business. We recommend regularly exporting important maps in xmap, PDF, or PNG format as a backup.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the date shown on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
