Software Bug Fix Workflow Template
A poorly written bug report doubles the time to fix it. This template shows the steps from support to release, the prioritisation decision and the test loop.
Free. Lanes, steps and approvers come ready; you can change everything.

When to use it
- Bugs arrive through many channels
- Which bugs go into a release is always debated
- Untested fixes reach production
Tips
- Make reproduction steps and expected results required checks.
- Route the failed path back to the fix step.
- Make the product owner the approver of the review.
